A Houston-based nonprofit since 1982, Vita Living offers three vital core programs for over 400 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD): 20 group homes in Houston-area neighborhoods, a centrally located activity center, and case management across seven counties. Vita Living’s dedicated staff provide support and care on a daily basis for this greatly underserved and vulnerable group of people. Our goal is to keep those we serve in the communities they know and love, regardless of behavioral challenges and evolving healthcare needs.
